£50 for diagnosis and repair, any replacement hardware will be charged separately (PC World £69 in store only hardware charged separately)

Data recovery/transfer
Recovery of valuable data from corrupt hard drive and transfer to new PC/hard drive.
£50 (PC World £99 in store only)
